Is this website secure?

The site is equipped with SSL secure shopping cart. Upon checkout you are directed to a secure server. Any information you provide will not be made public by Earth-Kind.

Do you have a return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Earth-Kind, whether you purchased them from a retail store in your area, or our Online store. If you need to return your order for what ever reason, please call us toll free at 1-800-583-2921 or send us an e-mail with the product information, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it and we'll make immediate arrangements to issue you a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the product. Can we use a purchase order?

We do approve some companies for purchase orders. Please contact us by phone toll free at 1-800-583-2921 or fax your Purchase Order to 701-628-1320.

Do I pay sales tax?

Federal and State law does not require us to collect tax for items shipped across state lines, but ND State law does require us to collect sales tax from orders shipped to addresses within the State of North Dakota.
